Dinner Party

I hosted a dinner party Tuesday night. Some of my dearest friends came over for dinner, wine, dessert and an ornament exchange, and we had a great evening of laughter and fun. I made egg rolls and rice for the main course. For dessert, I've been baking up a storm for the past two weeks. I made mint chocolate ganache, which I put in chocolate cups. Chocolate covered pretzels. Peanut butter blossoms. Peanut brittle. Homemade peanut butter cups. Santa's surprise cookies. Chocolate truffles. Needless to say, there was plenty for dessert. And best of all, we polished off three bottles of wine. Here are some pictures.
