LAX 2013

The LAX season ended (a couple of months ago), and I'm just now getting around to telling you all about it. My girls went 11-1 this season, and we barely count the one loss because we lost to a JV team. So really, we went 11-0 (just go with it). As always, I was so proud of my girls this year!

It was a very weird season. We had to practice inside more than we got to practice outside because of the snow, and almost every single one of our games was postponed. We had 8 games crammed into two weeks as we ended the season in the month of April. My girls were tired!

But we finished a great season, and our very last game of the year was in a thunderstorm and downpour. We actually had to end the game after only 8 minutes of playing, and the pictures below prove we were soaked!

 
Josh attended the LAX banquet with me, which is always fun for him to see everyone dressed up (he comes to a lot of games, so he gets to know the girls in their uniform). The girls gave me a $100 Visa Gift Card, so I am keeping my eye open for the perfect thing to buy with it.
